ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS
"Reservation voucher": means any access ticket not authorizing any form of copying, issued exclusively by CAMPING LES ECURIES F1, sent to Buyers by CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 and allowing entry to the CAMPING LES ECURIES site F1, on the occasion of the Belgian Formula 1 Grand Prix or the Total 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps only. These booking vouchers are only sold on our website www.campinglesecuriesF1.com .
"Camping Les Ecuries F1": private and temporary organization (only for the F1 GP and Total 24H), whose activities (temporary camping) are located Chemin de la Source, at 4960 Meiz-Malmedy, Belgium.

"Buyer": any person, natural or legal, who places an order for the reservation of one or more camping pitches via the website www.campinglesecuriesf1.com .

ARTICLE 2: MANDATORY FORCE
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary which may appear on any other document issued by the purchaser or any other generally unspecified third party and unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, the clauses and conditions contained herein constitute all of the agreements and conventions concluded between CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 and the buyer.
In all cases, the buyer accepts the application of the French language only to these general conditions.

ARTICLE 3: GENERAL
If a condition were to be lacking, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector whose companies are headquartered in Belgium.
The non-application of one or more provisions of these conditions can never be considered by the buyer as a waiver of these conditions.
The conditions regulate all the stages necessary for the placing of the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties.
In all cases, the final validation of the order implies acceptance of it, in its entirety and at the prices indicated by CAMPING LES ECURIES F1.
This validation is worth the signature and express acceptance of all the operations carried out on the site.
CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time.

ARTICLE 4: ORDER
Any order made by internet on the official website www.campinglesecuriesf1.com will only be valid when the order confirmation is received by the buyer, by email.
The prices of camping pitches are guaranteed at the time the order is placed by the buyer.
100% of the payment must be registered in the CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 bank account to guarantee the reservation.
CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 will send the buyer a confirmation by e-mail stating that full payment has been received.
Subsequently, other useful information such as arrival and departure routes may also be sent to the buyer.
CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 reserves the right to modify the type of ticket ordered by the purchaser, it being understood that this modification will relate to reservation vouchers of equivalent or greater value at no additional cost to the purchaser compared to his order initially received. .
All sales of booking vouchers are final: no refund, exchange, cancellation will be authorized on paid orders and sent booking vouchers, except as stated in art. 13 below.
Any order placed by the buyer constitutes an offer for CAMPING LES ECURIES F1, subject to conditions, which depends on the availability of locations and the acceptance of the order by CAMPING LES ECURIES F1.
Any order placed and having the bank transfer as a means of payment must be paid within 7 days of the order date. After this period, it will be canceled by CAMPING LES ECURIES F1.
A paid invoice will be sent automatically by email to the buyer after receipt of the payment or after debit by the credit institution. Reservation forms for which the order has reached CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 more than 15 days before the date of the Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix will be sent by email to the email address mentioned on the CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 order form.
Orders placed less than 15 days before the date of the Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix and paid by bank transfer will only be taken into consideration if they are accompanied by proof of payment.
Orders placed less than 15 days before the date of the Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix will also be sent by email to the email address mentioned by the buyer. This e-mail will carry the reference of the order and the invoice.
The person or the company which places the order is considered as the ordering party and is responsible for the payment of the order, even when this order is established for and sent to a third party.
ARTICLE 5: WAIVER / DISPUTE
Reservation vouchers will not be returned or exchanged except in the cases mentioned in article 13.

ARTICLE 6: CONVENIENCE and ACCESSIBILITY CAMPING
CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 declines all responsibility for changes in the condition of the land made available. No compensation of any kind may be charged to CAMPING LES ECURIES F1, in particular in the event of difficulty or even impossibility of leaving the land made available following weather conditions making the terrain difficult or impractical.
For your comfort and safety and to guarantee maximum practicability for exiting vehicles, they must remain on the pitch for the duration of the stay.
A shuttle to the circuit is provided for those who wish.
ARTICLE 7: RESERVE OF OWNERSHIP - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The reservation vouchers remain the exclusive property of CAMPING LES ECURIES F1; both intellectual and material property. Consequently, any reproduction or imitation in any form whatsoever and by any means whatsoever is strictly prohibited.
Reselling booking vouchers or procuring them to third parties in any way for commercial purposes is also prohibited; without written authorization from CAMPING LES ECURIES F1.
Any booking voucher purchased in violation of this clause will not give entitlement to access.
CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 also reserves the right to cancel reservation vouchers as soon as it is noted that, despite this prohibition, reservation vouchers are put on sale in violation of this clause.
The recovery of costs (15 Euros) resulting from this cancellation is pursued against the buyer.
An identity check of the holder of the reservation voucher by CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 or is possible.
The CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 logo is a registered trademark. It is forbidden to use it without the written authorization of CAMPING LES ECURIES F1.
ARTICLE 8: PRICE
The prices of the booking vouchers are indicated and payable in euros, all taxes included and administrative collection costs. If a price change should occur, sales will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
ARTICLE 9: PAYMENT
Payment for online orders can be made in several ways, either by credit card or online payment.
The CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 site ( www.campinglesecuriesF1.com ) is subject to a security system since transactions take place with the highly secure payment service provider: the company Ingenico - http: // payment- services.ingenico.com - having its registered office in Brussels.
As an expert in payment security, Ingenico guarantees that sensitive data is transmitted and stored according to the highest security and quality standards.

ARTICLE 10: PERSONAL DATA
ARTICLE 11: EVIDENCE
The data is kept by CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 and allows you to complete your transaction and ensure its follow-up.
The archiving of order forms and reservation forms (paid invoices) is carried out on a reliable and durable medium, so as to correspond to a faithful and durable copy.
In the event of a dispute, these archive elements will prevail between the parties.
ARTICLE 12: CONFIRMATION of your reservation - DELIVERY - services
Your reservation will only be definitively validated after full payment of the amount due on the CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 account.
The booking vouchers (receipted invoice) will be sent by email upon receipt of payment. No mailing is planned.
Only the reservation voucher (receipted invoice) will allow you access to CAMPING LES ECURIES F1.
The buyer who has opted for an electrical connection at his location (optional) is required to provide an extension of 25 meters minimum, with a Protection Index of 44 (IP 44) . Without this compliant equipment, CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 reserves the right not to connect the Purchaser, without any form of compensation.
The booking voucher entitles the holder to a 36m² pitch including space for:
1 motorhome
Where
for 1 tent or 1 caravan + 1 vehicle maximum
with access to sanitary facilities (WC, showers) included.
The "Complete stay" PACKAGE, that is to say from THURSDAY from 9 am to MONDAY at noon, is applicable, regardless of the number of nights actually occupied.
The basic price is valid for a maximum of 4 people per pitch, tourist tax and municipal tax included.
By paying for his order, the Buyer confirms having read and accepted the Internal Regulations of CAMPING LES ECURIES F1.
ARTICLE 13: CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT or case of force majeure
Reservation vouchers (paid invoices) will only be refunded or exchanged on the sole condition of the cancellation of the Belgian Formula 1 Grand Prix or the Total 24H of Spa-Francorchamps.
No refund request can be made before the official announcement of the event cancellation.
The possibilities offered by CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 (postponement or partial refund) will be explained by email, within 15 days of the official announcement of the cancellation.
The buyer can express his choice between postponement and partial reimbursement only by returning an email to campinglesecuriesf1@gmail.com .
If the holder of the reservation voucher does not express his choice within 15 days of the announcement of the cancellation or in camera event, the reservation voucher (s) will be automatically postponed. (s) to the next edition at no cost to the purchaser.
In the event of a refund request, CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 will retain the management costs (20% of the amount of the pitch) for its benefit. The reservation costs for the electrical connection (option) will, if applicable, be fully reimbursed (20 €).
Special case: cancellation of the event due to force majeure or ban / limitation of the presence of spectators due to force majeure
In accordance with applicable Belgian law, no penalty or compensation of any kind may be claimed from CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 in the event of cancellation of the event due to force majeure or in the event of prohibition / limitation of the presence of spectators. to the event due to force majeure.
Any insurmountable event, independent of any fault by the service provider and which prevents it from fulfilling its obligations, constitutes a cause of force majeure.
In particular, any act of public authority - requisitions, prohibitions, impediments, police measures, etc. constitutes a case of force majeure. - which legally prevents one or more parties from performing the services to which they are contractually bound.
In the event of a case of force majeure, CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 is not required to compensate the buyer and reserves the right to postpone or partially reimburse the reservation vouchers.
CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 may decide to give the choice between postponing to the next edition or partial reimbursement.
If the holder of the purchased reservation voucher (s) fails to notify his choice within 15 calendar days of the announcement of the cancellation or the ban / limitation of spectators, the ) ticket (s) will be automatically carried over to the next edition.
In the event that CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 accepts the reimbursement, this will not be subject to any particular deadline and CAMPING LES ECURIES F1 will retain the management costs (20% of the amount of the pitch) for its benefit. The reservation costs for the electrical connection (option) will, if applicable, be fully reimbursed (€ 20).
The procedure for obtaining the reimbursement of the booking voucher (s) will be explained by e-mail, within 15 days after the official announcement of the case of force majeure.
ARTICLE 14: LAW AND JURISDICTION
This contract is subject to Belgian law; in the event of a dispute, the courts of the district of Verviers will be competent.
